There is no “routine” spay, neuter, or teeth cleaning here, at Mizner Park Vet Clinic. For each procedure that is performed, our well-trained operating team aims to perform a perfect, aseptic surgery with the safest, individually designed, multimode anesthesia method. All while integrating the most contemporary pain management plan available. We employ our radiosurgery unit throughout the majority of procedures, in which incisions are produced without losing a drop of blood.
Pre-anesthetic blood work is a vital step that is performed right here in our office before each scheduled procedure. After reviewing the results, the doctor selects the ideal combination of anesthetics as well as the most appropriate intravenous fluid to administer the safest, tediously tailored surgery.
Our goal is not merely the survival of your pampered pet, but a pleasant experience where we attentively monitor the vital signs to prevent any undesirable outcomes. After surgery, all pets are placed on soft, cozy blankets to recover. Cats and small dogs are kept in our warm incubator in order to regulate body temperature, under the watchful eye of their monitoring nurse. |
